Joseph Borg Works on Canvas
| This prolific New York artist gained fame during the 1980s as a printmaker,
first in etchings and later in vivid monotypes. But, oh, his canvases!
Unconfined by the size of a piece of paper or a printing press, his works on
canvas explode with vigorous color and movement. His larger works have
been well received in corporate and other public settings that call for
oversized focal point pieces. Wisely however, Joe Borg recognizes that
sometimes less is more. He has now given us this highly inventive
series of square works which we offer here in two sizes: 14" x 14" and 20" x 20" |
| These pieces work very well in a series, either framed to the image in a
floater frame, or using wrapped linen liners. These liners are available up to
4" wide and can significantly extend the size of the finished framed piece.

mahogany moulding).
